Inclusive Communities provides support to youth and adults with Intellectual Disabilities. Our focus is on teaching life skills, helping people with their independence, and providing respite for families. Our services include a Day Program, evening and weekend respite, overnight respite, as well as one-on-one support. We also work with adults and youth with complex special needs.
