Starting out with 2 acres of peppers 22 years ago, and now growing approximately 40 acres of combined fruit and vegetables. Our season begins with June bearing strawberries with a U-Pick Patch located on our farm. July brings Raspberries, along with garlic and sweet corn. Peppers, tomatoes, eggplant, cauliflower and broccoli add to the palate.
We are a third generation family farm, specializing in ethnic varieties of peppers. Our two sons Justin and Jordan both lend a hand with the farming operation. Woodstock Farmers Market has the pleasure of the boys weekly as they sell our fresh fruit and vegetables grown on our farm.
Draftsman by trade, farming by game Paul and Elaine believe that quality and freshness is the key.
