Violence Against Women, Services Elgin County provides 24 hour emergency shelter, 24 hour community helpline, and community based counselling programs for women who have been abused and their children. Services are offered in Aylmer, St. Thomas, and West Lorne. We work together with our community partners to end violence and reduce its impact in the lives of women and children.
